In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become necessary to digitalize many aspects of our church. Please used the digital forms listed below, as we are not able to have them physically posted at the church like normal. (Disclaimer...your information will remain private, no personal information will be shared unless you give us explicit direction to do so)
2021 Pledge Cards​
Blessings to our Middleport UMC Family! We have certainly been living in very challenging times. Over the past year, we’ve lost loved ones, nurtured those who are lonely, provided meals to the community, and have totally rethought how to provide worship opportunities. We celebrated Easter Service at the Drive in, provided Facebook worship services (when the internet works!), updated our technology in order to provide visual/contact free services, made our sanctuary socially distant for those that chose to come to worship, and even provided mini communion cups. Throughout all of this, our members have continued to mail in their pledges, volunteer service through music, youth activities, missions, food pantry, and so on! Even our Pastor is now full time! Our church family has not stepped down…we’ve stepped up! For this, we are thankful!!! This is the time of year that we are establishing our budget and preparing for the work ahead.
You can fill out the annual Pledge Form by clicking the button below (If you prefer to obtain a copy by mail to fill out, please contact me at 735-9622 or cblumrick@aol.com). The form is very easy to navigate and the information will automatically be sent to the church when you click the SUBMIT button. Please return your form before December 1st, 2020. Stay safe! Angel Tree Fundraiser
Due to COVID, our Angel Tree Fundraiser will look a little different this year. The Youth Group will be raising money to purchase gifts for the Angel Tree Fundraiser by collecting monetary donations. The donations collected will then be used to purchase gifts for the angel tree. Because of the rise in COVID cases, the youth group has had to cancel the fasting/pledge portion of the fundraiser but they will still continue to collect donation in the form of cash or check. Sunday Flower Sign Up 2021
Please fill out this form if you would like to sign up for Sunday flowers in 2021. Flowers are $30 each Sunday. Please refer to the calendar on our website to see which Sunday's are available. Please note that if more than one person chooses the same date, we will reach out to who ever submitted the request first. Christmas Poinsettia Flower Sign Up 2020
This year there will be five poinsettia flower colors to choose from (red, white, pink, marble, and winter rose). The cost is $11.00 each. Cash and check payments can be brought to church and left in the offering plate or mailed to the church at 9 Park Ave Middleport, NY 14105. Please make sure to include a note, or write on your check, that it is for Christmas flowers. Orders are due by November 30th.
